Caution: iphone tracks your movements.

Secret files have been discovered on the iphone that keep GPS coordinates along with a time stamp to record the location of where the phone has been. This information downloads on your computer every time you plug it in.

Killer Weather

The United States has been hit with 241 tornados in the last three days. At least 40 people are dead.

China, which is quickly catching up on the US as the number one economy in the world, is experiencing a problem the rest of the world seems to know nothing about; an economy that is growing too quickly.

In an age where technology reigns, the Pope has attempted to reaffirm man's place in the world. Pope Benedict, during his Palm Sunday sermon, declared that technology cannot replace God.

A man has been arrested for the Texas wildfires that have destroyed nearly 70,000 acres. He is charged with reckless endangerment.

New video of wave that hit Japan power plant

A new video has been released that captures a 48 foot tsunami hitting the Fukushima power plant in Japan. The video was taken at a distance and lasts only a few moments, but a giant wave can be seen crashing into the side of the plant. Is there are more deadly or destructive force in the world than water?

Even when the government is trying to cut spending, they are never really cutting it. Last weeks efforts to come to a budget agreement cost the government $54 billion. The finalized budget made $38 billion in cuts. This is perhaps why congressmen are not businessmen. A few more spending cuts like this and we'll all be broke.

As US census numbers continue to come in, a new statistics shows that white children under the age of 18 are now minorities in 10 states. The Hispanic population has shown the largest growth, up 11% in 20 years while the white population has fallen 17% in the same time period. The prediction is that whites will become a minority by 2042.

Russia is helping Iran fuel its nuclear reactors.

History Abounds!

The British intelligence agency MI5 has released a detailed account of a Nazi mission to sabotage America's war efforts during World War II. This is the first time that the information on plan "Pastorius" has been declassified by the government. Eight German soldiers were picked to enter the United States and to commit small acts of terrorism on American industries. In what can be called a wild and even comical series of setbacks, the Germans failed to accomplish any of their dastardly plans.

In Jordan, a group of 70 booklets have been discovered that appear to contain some of the first Christian writings. They also contain what appears to be the first or oldest known picture of Jesus. Many of the tiny lead booklets are the size of a credit cart and are sealed shut. Interpreting the booklets may take some time as they are written in multiple languages. It will be very interesting to discover what these early Christian writings have to say.

How young is too young?

A 12 year old boy has been charged with a hate crime in Staten Island. He pulled an Islamic head scarf off (hijab) of a fellow classmate. It is not the first time the boy, who has also been charged with aggravated harassment, has targeted the victim.

After a public uproar, Abercrombie and Fitch have pulled their padded bikini bra for young girls off the shelf. There was a huge public outcry when the product was first announced that the bra unnecessarily sexualized young girls.

The radiation spilling over from the Japan power plant has not only made its way into the United States, but reports are coming out that radiation has been found in milk in Washington state.

A Colorado man claims to have President Obama's birth records. In what can be described as a "questionable" investigation, a former Air force Col. Gregory Hollister claims to have obtained President Obama's social security number. According to Hollister, the number was never issued by the social security department. Hollister is facing federal charges of identity theft.

In what can be described as a sad state of affairs, the Egyptian Army has been accused for torturing women and forcing them to undergo virginity checks. These checks took place after Mubarak had resigned from office and the protests in Egypt had all but ended.

In Florida, police have arrested a 22 year old man for using an ax to force his mother to sit in the bedroom with him and watch movies. ummmmm.....
